Don't just add a simulator. Build a racing business

ImSim builds the machines and the system that runs them.

Turn floor space into revenue

One simulator needs about 5 m² and sells ten-minute sessions from opening to close.

Why ImSim simulators earn money

One machine serves every customer

Driving aids are set from a Beginner, Standard or Pro preset before the session starts, and the kiosk offers ready-made races that pair a car with a track in one touch. Sessions run from 3 to 30 minutes. One installation sells to families in the afternoon and to experienced drivers at night, without a second product on the floor.

Booking and payment are automated

The guest picks the session at the kiosk, sees the length and the price, and pays there. A printed QR ticket starts the race at the machine and the seat adjusts in seconds. No staff member runs the transaction, so a racing zone needs fewer people on a Saturday.

Competition brings customers back

Every valid lap is ranked on the venue leaderboard, weekly, monthly and all time. One booking can put 60 or more drivers on linked simulators in the same race. A beaten lap time is a reason to return that no other attraction on the floor produces by itself.

A venue leaderboard at Monza: M. Torres has taken first place with 1:42.318, pushing Your time to second at plus 0.426.

Questions we get asked

How much space does a simulator need?

For early planning, allow about 5 m² per simulator including operational clearance. Final capacity depends on the shape of the room, access, circulation and local requirements, which is what the layout review is for.

Can I start with two?

Yes, and several of our customers did exactly that. They opened with two, proved the return on their own floor, and expanded from there.

Do I need dedicated staff?

The guest books at the kiosk, pays there and receives a printed QR ticket that starts the session at the simulator. A session starts in under 30 seconds and the seat adjusts in seconds, so staff supervise the floor instead of launching each race. The system can also be integrated with the booking and payment system your venue already runs, so racing sits inside your existing operation rather than beside it.

Will it survive commercial use?

Pipas Fun in Portugal has run its ImSim simulators commercially for more than ten years. The machines are engineered for a venue floor rather than a bedroom, which is the difference that decides the tenth year.

Can beginners use it?

Driving aids are set from a Beginner, Standard or Pro preset before the session starts, and the kiosk offers ready-made races that pair a car with a track in one touch.

Can customers race against each other?

Yes. One booking can put 60 or more drivers on linked simulators in the same race, and every valid lap is ranked on the venue leaderboard, weekly, monthly and all time.
